Courageous

Meet Courageous, the facet of Aries that shows up when fear is present and the step forward happens anyway. Courageous is not the absence of doubt, it is the refusal to let doubt have the final word. It takes the fire's instinct to move and the fire's refusal to shrink, and turns both into a decision made in spite of the risk. This is Aries fully assembled: not the fire that waits for certainty, but the fire that walks straight into what it cannot yet see the end of. This book carries no partner, no metaphor standing in front of it, just the trait itself, named plainly. This notebook is for the person who would rather face the hard thing than manage around it, who commits to an action until it is fully, unmistakably taken.
