These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trox Creations website and your purchase of products through our website.

The website and products are operated and offered by Trox Creations ("Trox Creations", "Trox", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Our Products

Trox Creations designs, creates and sells notebooks and related stationery products.

Products available through our website may include:

• Trox Creations' own notebook collections
• Personalised notebooks
• Customised notebooks
• Corporate notebooks
• Custom-designed notebooks
• Bulk and institutional orders
• Other notebook products introduced by Trox Creations from time to time

Product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, paper specifications, binding, finishes and other characteristics are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, minor variations may occur due to:

• Screen and device settings
• Printing and manufacturing processes
• Material variations
• Lighting and photography
• Handmade or production-related differences

Such minor variations do not ordinarily constitute a product defect.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing or availability will always be completely accurate or error-free.

Products may be modified, discontinued or become unavailable without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law.

3. Personalised and Customised Products

Certain products may be personalised or customised according to information, instructions, artwork, names, images, logos or other materials submitted by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for personalisation or customisation is accurate.

Once production has commenced, changes to the personalisation or customisation may not be possible.

Trox Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, spelling, names, dates, images, logos, artwork or instructions supplied or approved by the customer.

Where a proof or design approval is provided to the customer, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the same before production.

4. Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate, institutional and bulk orders may be subject to separate quotations, specifications, production timelines, payment terms and delivery arrangements.

Where a separate quotation or written agreement is provided, the terms stated in that quotation or agreement will apply to the relevant order in addition to these Terms.

Custom corporate orders may require advance payment, partial payment or full payment before production begins.

Once production has commenced, cancellation or modification of a corporate or bulk order may not be possible.

5. Order Placement and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted by Trox Creations when we confirm the order or otherwise communicate acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Unreasonable or abusive conduct
• Technical errors
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed or communicated as applicable at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be additional and will be communicated at checkout or before order confirmation.

7. Payments

Orders must be paid for using the payment methods made available by Trox Creations or its payment service providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order where payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise not received.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated on our website or at the time of order.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Trox Creations does not generally accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection or an order that no longer meets the customer's requirements.

Personalised, customised and corporate products are made specifically according to customer requirements and may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has commenced.

However, if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, or if an error has occurred on our part, the customer may contact us and submit a resolution request.

Any eligible replacement, reprint, repair, store credit or refund will be determined after reviewing the specific circumstances of the case.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.

All content available on the Trox Creations website, including but not limited to:

is owned by or licensed to Trox Creations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence or commercially exploit any content belonging to Trox Creations without our prior written permission.

11. Customer-Submitted Content

If you provide images, logos, artwork, photographs, text or other content to us for the purpose of creating a personalised, customised or corporate notebook, you confirm that:

• You have the right or necessary permission to use and provide such content
• The content does not knowingly infringe the rights of any third party
• The content is not unlawful or defamatory
